WHY VALUE MONEY in farmland or eucalyptus trees and set up farms in Colombia?

Almost 10,000 people from all over the world, members of the global project, are buying land, establishing tree farms and growing eucalyptus and cashew trees at MY TREES plantations in South America, Colombia. As part of the MY TREES project, in cooperation with the American company Perfect Network and the Colombian company InverBosques, we have been planting fast-growing trees on the El Morichal farm of the Czech joint-stock company Degirans SE in the province of Vichada for four years.

These commercially grown trees (eucalyptus) absorb CO2 and contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. This enables us to have a profitable business with added value, not in the extraction of wood, but in the form of the production of carbon credits.
